Chose delivery slot and it arrived when expected

Ordered a cover for our 8 seater table and chairs as the one that came with it originally (in 2016) had started to split and perish. Arrived on time and appears to be doing its job

I dealt with salesman, Steve Taylor. He went above and beyond with his service, he found the item I was after, although no longer on the website. Steve even went down to the warehouse to visually look for the item I was after. That extra effort he put in made me a very happy customer, he found the item. Delivery was quick and efficient, I was kept informed by the courier, Panther, all the way to delivery. I just can't praise all concerned enough. And my journey began with a single salesman, Steve Taylor, he is an asset to Rattan. So refreshing to find an individual so committed to his work ethic, 10/10 Thank you.

After some confusion over what I wanted a kind agent was very patient with me and we finally got to the root of the order and I received my cover in great time and ready for the bad weather. I bought the storage box a few years ago snd needed a new cover. Both are fabulous products.

My go to Company, always excellent service & assistance, nothing is to much trouble, quality of products is exceptional in my opinion & prices to match.

I have bought several items from Rattan Direct over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of the goods. The customer service is excellent and the few minor issues I had, were resolved immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your garden furniture!

Really good sales service from both Steven and Steve. Good product knowledge and friendly personal service. Not pushy. Competitive prices. Yet to open and use the furniture so will review separately, but as far as the buying and selection process goes, a very good experience.

When attempting to create an e-mail exchange to discuss yet another piece that failed, one would have thought it not too difficult to at least get the customers name right .. that would have been a start! Plus reduce the amount of "corporate clap trap" .. (a lack of pre-ordained answers would be a help in any communication). Customer service...?????

They still fail to understand, totally missing the point. I never expected a warranty claim, (not that nieve), but did expect some sort of customer service/consideration.

I sent a review in after purchasing some lovely sun loungers to match some garden furniture I’d bought 5-6 years before. Stephen replied and offered me some replacement covers and I have today received these as promised.
I can’t recommend this company enough for their excellent customer service and communication - it’s a welcome relief when people have nothing but complaints these days!

Bought a corner set and cushion were advertised as shower proof but they are not. They also faded rapidly within 2 months from delivery. The quality of the cushions was so poor! Customer service appalling! Be aware the quality is not as advertised!

We bought our Ascot 2 Seat Sofa Set from Rattan Direct at the end of 2018 and it still looks as good as new four years later. We had a small issue with a couple of the cushions in August 2019 and Rattan direct readily supplied a complete replacement set of cushions f.o.c. - unexpected but some very welcome spares!
We recently had to replace one of the winter covers that were supplied with the set (it got damaged in a storm) and the replacement, although not particularly cheap, is excellent. So much so that we’re going to order replacements for the rest as soon as they are available in March 2023.
A highly recommended supplier, that we would certainly buy from again.

Well it's a long story as our order placed on 2nd November has only just been completed satisfactorily with final delivery today. Despite that I must thank Stephen Fry for sorting all the problems experienced whilst getting our order completed. I could not complete the survey until the table arrived this morning so trust that i will be included in the draw for the Patio Heater despite being a day late!

Bought a 2 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs & a coffee table for outdoor use. The colour of the cushions (grey) rapidly faded & even worse, in less than 3 months, the rattan in the coffee table had deteriorated badly leaving ugly looking gaps beneath the glass top.
Products look good online but the quality is shockingly poor.
I would NEVER purchase from this company again & would advise others against it.
